Engaging Your Audience With Content That Matters

CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE CHAIN FILMS

The 3-episode film on the Controlled Temperature Chain (CTC), now live.

Keith A. Brown Designs (KABD) provided cover designs for the (CTC) video series, and determined the foundation of the overall design and layout of the graphic and 2d animation package for the 3 video modules of this series in both English and French versions.

The first episode explains what CTC is, why it is useful and how it is feasible. The second features a case study of CTC implementation during a vaccination campaign in Côte d’Ivoire, providing insight on the health workers’ perspective. The third and final episode gives an outlook on the options for countries and what manufacturers can do to support countries.

We are grateful to the partners that allow us to do such work. Check them out.

K2 Modern Available. Avondale Estates

Available July 2016

For only the third time since originally being placed on the market as a rental property back in 2010, the K2 House in Avondale Estates is available as a rental property. The property has been occupied and well taken care of by tenants for the last 6 years.

The house was built in 1963 as a contemporary ranch.  After a 2010 renovation, the house was transformed to a modern day architecturally unique home. It has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and an amazing office that can be considered a lounge/office or small bedroom.

Some of the highlights include:

  • Floor to ceiling modular moveable drywall panels that allow you to section off private areas of the house
  • The formal entry foyer with mid century Eichler-style door hardware
  • 90+ recessed lights

WORLD IMMUNIZATION WEEK 2015

KAB DESIGNS CHOSEN TO DESIGN WORLD IMMUNIZATION WEEK ADVOCACY MATERIALS FOR THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION

As the hired Creative Director/Consultant, my role with this campaign was to develop advocacy materials to promote World Immunization Week 2015 (WIW), for the World Health Organization (WHO). My aim from the start was to offer a vision beyond syringes and vaccine bottles.

I think sometimes the aforementioned visuals reach only a limited audience; one that is already engaged, whereas the greater need can be to engage those most uniformed or simply not engaged. From there, the professionals should create call to action initiatives to use the produced materials effectively on social media platforms as well as in traditional media outlets, to achieve maximum offline results.

Poster English-web

Being based here in Geneva presented the opportunity to sit with the key players from the communications, graphic and technical departments, and discuss key communications objectives and to learn just how far we would be able to push and introduce new visual strategies to meet the technical communication objectives. The outcome from these invaluable meetings allowed us to develop messaging and visual communications to maximize the reach of the project.

As part of the design process, I directed the production of new visuals for print and media; created eye catching, engaging visuals to display technical data and statistics; and designed the materials in 6 languages, (English, Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish).

I’m proud of the work that my team and I were able to deliver while working with WHO.
