TROPICAL STORM WASHI

Engaging Your Audience With Content That Matters

TROPICAL STORM WASHI: (Dir Cut)

Brief: Our mission here was to produce an advocacy and awareness video for the World Food Programme (WFP) Philippines, that highlights the Cash for Work programs and complementary approaches used to fight hunger in cities during and following emergencies. This video focuses on the work in Northern Mindanao, Philippines, in the cities of Cagayen De Oro and Illigan City, following the devastation of Tropical Storm Washi, locally known as Typhoon Sendong in December 2011.

Scope of Work: Communication: Interviewed staff to identify key communications objectives.
Planning & Logistics: Developed multi-platform messaging and communication to maximize the reach of the project; copy writing, content development and approval of technical data, editing and production.
Design: KAB Designs managed all logistics from storyboard development, direction and production to final product.

This is the official directors cut, which runs longer than the WFP Official Web version, as we did not have a specific time frame to adhere to for our version. Enjoy
