Southern Pro Restoration, LLC is seeking a high-performing, AI-driven Marketing Specialist to own and operate our in-house marketing engine . This is not a remote role. You’ll be based at our Tampa, FL office and work directly with leadership to generate sales and qualified leads for our residential and commercial roofing division.

Your Mission:

You’ll be solely responsible for building, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing efforts that generate real leads, appointments, and closed deals. You will help us scale fast, stay agile, and dominate our markets —all from in-house.

️ What You’ll Own:

• Develop and manage full-funnel marketing campaigns

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Runway, Copy.ai, etc.) to:

  • Write compelling ad copy and email sequences

  • Build automations and workflows

  • Generate engaging visuals and video

• Run high-performing ad campaigns:

  • Facebook/Instagram Ads via Meta Business Suite

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  • Local Service Ads (LSA)

• Design and optimize landing pages & microsites (Webflow, Unbounce, ClickFunnels)

• Manage SEO, Google Business Profile, and local content strategies

• Track and report performance (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, heatmaps, ROI dashboards)

• Visit job sites to capture content (drone photography/video preferred)

• Coordinate content calendars across social platforms (short-form video is a must)

• Work closely with leadership to align marketing strategy with business goals

✅ Ideal Background:

• 3+ years in digital marketing , preferably in roofing, construction, or restoration

• Proven record of generating high-quality leads that convert

• Deep familiarity with AI tools for content, funnels, and automation

• Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and retargeting

• Comfortable designing creatives (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, CapCut, etc.)

• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, A/B testing, and conversion optimization

• FAA Part 107 Drone License or willingness to get certified (we’ll cover it)

• CRM & automation savvy (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, etc.)

Bonus Points For:

• Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications

• Experience in brand management, RFP/RFQ submissions, or PR efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (or equivalent experience)
