Job Description

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in an elementary school setting in Newark, DE. This contract position spans the full school year and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments to develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support positive behavioral outcomes.
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure success.
Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques and data collection.
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports in compliance with school and district guidelines.

Desired Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification.
Experience working with elementary-aged children in an educational setting.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
