A rewarding opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in an elementary school setting in Newark, DE. This contract position spans the full school year and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support positive behavioral outcomes.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure success.
• Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques and data collection.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports in compliance with school and district guidelines.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
