Job Description

Licensed Insurance Agent We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide insurance solutions that meet the needs of our automotive customers, build lasting client relationships, and ensure compliance with state regulations. Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with customers to identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Present and explain policy options, coverages, and benefits in a clear and professional manner.
  • Generate insurance quotes, process applications, and complete policy renewals.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current on industry trends, company products, and compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and service.
  • Collaborate with dealership staff to identify opportunities and provide integrated customer solutions.
  • Ensure all transactions and documentation meet state licensing and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Active state insurance license (Property & Casualty required; Life & Health a plus).
  • Previous experience in insurance sales, automotive, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with computers and insurance quoting systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an auto dealership or financial services environment.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
