Overview Salesforce Developer Youll own the design and delivery of automation and integration solutions that power how our teams work. Youll partner directly with stakeholders across business units to translate complex needs into scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly Salesforce applications. Your work will eliminate manual processes, improve data accuracy, and expand the impact of our internal tools ecosystemespecially through Workato and custom Apex development. This role is both tactical and strategic, requiring a hands-on problem solver who also thinks long-term about architecture and performance. Lead end-to-end development of Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, flows, Apex code, and Lightning components. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms using Workato or similar tools. Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs that align with Salesforce best practices and ProService goals. Drive system architecture decisions that support 90%+ of employee workflows within Salesforce and our internal tools. Reduce technical debt by improving code quality, documentation, and deployment processes across environments. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive automation projects that increase accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Qualifications Proven success delivering custom Salesforce automations and integrations using Apex, Lightning, SOQL, and Flow Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and UI/UX best practices Hands-on experience with third-party integration platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, etc.) and REST APIs Ability to design solutions that reduce manual workflows and improve data accuracy at scale Track record of owning the full development lifecyclerequirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, and deployment Familiarity with Prism or similar internal systems preferred; experience with Jira, Git, or CI/CD tools a plus Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Salesforce platform releases Why ProService At ProService Hawaii, we empower businesses and employees across the islands by delivering HR solutions that work.
