We’re looking for a flexible, reliable, and upbeat Personal Assistant with a passion for cooking to support a high-energy, on-the-go household and office. This is a unique blend of part-time cooking, personal errands, admin support, and travel planning — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic, non-corporate environment.
You don’t need to be a professional chef — just someone who enjoys meal planning and cooking for others, is organized, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare simple, healthy meals for the office and private home
Grocery shop and stock kitchens across 3 homes and 1 office
Organize pantry and refrigerator inventory; manage online grocery orders
Pack for travel, boating trips, and special events
Assist with errands, office tasks, and general support
Travel with the owner several times a year, including:
Catalina Island (July 4th and other trips)
South Dakota for hunting season (4–6 weeks in the fall, plus shorter trips year-round)
Help with setup, meals for groups, and general assistance during extended stays
What We’re Looking For:
Enjoys cooking and meal prep (creative and nutrition-conscious)
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and trustworthiness
Energetic, adaptable, and fun personality
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Willingness to travel and stay offsite for up to several weeks at a time
Comfortable working in home, office, and travel environments
Good with dogs, and able to lift up to 50 lbs
Tech-savvy with phones, printers, laptops, etc.
Clean driving record and access to a vehicle
Bonus Experience (Not Required):
Nutrition knowledge or cooking around dietary preferences
Admin experience (even in informal or non-corporate settings)
Experience supporting private households, events, or personal executives
