Pediatrics Orthopedic Surgeon Opportunity in Oakland, CA with Kaiser Permanente

TPMG is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our collegial and well-established team in Oakland. Position Highlights

1. 1. Team Composition : 9 surgeons (7 adult and 2 pediatric)
   2. Collaborative Model : Work closely with 6 experienced Physician Assistants, regional physical medicine and rehabilitation departments, regional neurology departments, regional neurosurgery departments
   3. Surgical Focus : adult degenerative, adult deformity, tumor, trauma, infection
   4. OR Time : 3-5 days per week
   5. Call Schedule : 1 in 6 weeks
   6. Dedicated trauma room time available

Full-time annual salary range is $620,819 to $640,020 . Plus, additional potential incentives up to $138,755. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Eligibility
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
