Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to provide specialized services within a K-12 school setting located in Cambridge, MA. This role focuses on supporting students by delivering individualized therapy designed to enhance their daily school activities and educational engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services tailored to meet the developmental needs of students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to support student goals.
  • Deliver in-home occupational therapy sessions in Andover twice weekly, with each session lasting 60 minutes.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy licensure with relevant experience in a school setting.
  • Proven ability to deliver effective therapy services in both school and home environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.
  • Ability to manage a contract position with necessary documentation and compliance requirements.

Location: Cambridge, MA, with in-home services provided in Andover.
