Overview Motion Graphics Designer role at Denver Summit FC Location: Denver, CO | Employment type: Full-time | Pay type: Hourly | FLSA: Non-exempt Application deadline: October 17, 2025 Nature Of Work The Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and delivering high-impact video content, engaging animations, and dynamic visual effects. This content will be deployed across social media, broadcast television, stadium displays, and the official website. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a passion for sports culture and strong branding/storytelling through visual media. They will contribute to brainstorming, develop innovative visual concepts, and execute projects from storyboard to final delivery with meticulous attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Design and produce motion graphics and animated content for social media, digital ads, stadium displays, matchday content, and video features. Collaborate with the marketing and media teams to create visual narratives that enhance the club’s voice and fan engagement. Animate logos, player features, lower thirds, transitions, sponsor integrations, and short-form branded content. Edit and composite video clips with graphics and audio to produce polished final products. Create templates and repeatable assets for use throughout the season. Participate in brainstorming and creative planning sessions for content and campaigns. Contribute to real-time content production on matchdays and during major events. Note: Duties may change based on business needs. Denver Summit FC reserves the right to add or remove duties at the supervisor’s discretion. Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing (sports or entertainment preferred). Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop. Illustrator, Cinema 4D, or Blender are a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Film, or related field (preferred). Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire. Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong visual storytelling with attention to timing, layout, and pacing. Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for video and animation. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays. Experience in sports media, live content production, or broadcast graphics. Photography or cinematography skills; interest or background in soccer or fan culture. Experience with motion templates and asset libraries.
