Competitive Salary: $75,000–$85,000 (based on experience & shift)

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians in a fast-paced food production environment.
Oversee all facility and equipment maintenance to ensure safety, reliability, and uptime.
Build and maintain proactive PM schedules using MPulse CMMS .
Coordinate repairs, inspections, and contractor work for electrical, mechanical, and utility systems (including boilers, refrigeration, and HVAC).
Partner closely with Operations to meet production goals and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain compliance with LOTO , GMPs , SOPs , HACCP , and safety standards.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across parts, process, and energy usage.
3+ years of maintenance supervision in manufacturing
Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills
Hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS software (MPulse preferred)
High School Diploma or GED required; Technical degree or certification preferred
