Job Title : JV2 Boys Basketball Coach

Location : North Marion High School

Job Description :
North Marion High School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic JV2 Boys Basketball Coach for the upcoming season. The coach will be responsible for developing players skills fostering teamwork and promoting sportsmanship while adhering to the values and goals of the schools athletic program.

Responsibilities :

• Organize and lead practices for the JV2 Boys Basketball team.
• Teach fundamental basketball skills and strategies.
• Promote a positive and encouraging environment for all student-athletes.
• Collaborate with the varsity and JV coaches to align program goals and strategies.
• Communicate effectively with players parents and school administration.
• Ensure compliance with school league and OSAA policies.

Qualifications :

• Prior basketball coaching experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of basketball rules strategies and techniques.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a coaching team.
• Must meet all OSAA coaching certification requirements.
