Role accountabilities:
As a Business Analyst within our team, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at driving business improvements and supporting management consulting projects. Your role will involve assessing, developing, and supporting various consulting initiatives by performing tasks such as business process mapping, requirements gathering, data analytics, and facilitating workshops. Working closely with teams and stakeholders, you will collaborate to understand and document requirements, delivering solutions including reports and visualizations as needed.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will play a key role in supporting the design and implementation of enterprise data governance solutions that enable the rollout of analytics and artificial intelligence tools. Leveraging your expertise in information technology, you will collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to derive valuable insights by identifying trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a diligent work ethic. Being both self-motivated and team-oriented, you will work independently and collaboratively with team members across different locations nationally and internationally. Your ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying deadlines while staying within project budgets and timelines will be crucial for success.
Moreover, you should be client-focused, reliable, and capable of working under the supervision of project managers.
