$7,500 Sign-On Bonus for Licensed Special Education Teachers!

Pay Range: $48,380 to $92,135

About Us: Circle Academy is a therapeutic special education school serving students in grades K12. We are currently seeking a qualified Content Area Enrichment Teacher to join our team! Our private schools prepare and empower each student for successful experiences in school, at home and in the community by providing a structured, nurturing, and therapeutic learning environment. We have locations in Urbana, and in Rossville, IL. We are currently hiring for our Rossville location.

Position Overview: The Content Area Enrichment Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and therapeutic learning environment that promotes the highest quality of instruction; promoting a positive learning environment focusing on effective, innovative and rigorous individualized instruction.

Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelors degree in Education (required).


• Certification : Valid Illinois LBS1 certification (required).


• Experience : Training and/or experience in the instructional content area (required).

• Small class sizes : 10 or fewer students per class.


• Additional support staff : Two additional support staff (Paraeducator and Teaching Assistant) in every classroom.


• Tuition Assistance : Support for obtaining LBS1 Certification or Special Education Certification.


• Relocation Assistance : Available up to $2,500.


• Summer Income : Opportunity to earn additional income over the summer (31 days at $35/hour).
