About Us:
Dover Jewelry is a premier luxury jeweler located on Brickell, Miami. With a focus on high-end, vintage, estate and new Fine Jewelry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our dynamic team as an E-Commerce Fine Jewelry Bookkeeper.

Overview:
Handle essential accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable invoicing, basic Accounts Payable tasks, and overseeing the financial management of our extensive Fine Jewelry Inventory. This fast-paced, hands-on position requires an individual who is adept at managing multiple responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable: Prepare and process invoices for online sales and consignments using our Inventory Program.
- Accounts Payable: Assist with processing vendor invoices and payments.
- Inventory Management: Track and maintain detailed records of a large volume of fine jewelry, ensuring accurate inventory documentation.
- QuickBooks Management: Utilize QuickBooks to maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, and generate reports.
- Spreadsheet Management: Organize financial data and create detailed spreadsheets to support daily operations.
- Data Entry: Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all financial transactions.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, no jewelry experience necessary
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (spreadsheets).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage and maintain financial records
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH A MUST.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
