Serving as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee, CHRO and senior leadership teams, you will influence the future of our talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness across Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Compliance, IT, and other global functions. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant influence and visibility, accountable for aligning enterprise HR strategies with the business priorities of Medtronic’s global functions, ensuring we develop the capabilities and leaders required to drive growth and innovation
