Description Job Overview: The VIP Personal Shopping Assistant supports the VIP Personal Shoppers and their clientele, playing an essential role in fostering strong relationships with our most valued clients. This position focuses on creating a personalized, high-quality experience while assisting with key reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the establishment and management of a portfolio of VIP clients, credit cards, reporting, and inventory, ensuring efficient organization and smooth communication.
- Stay up-to-date with product launches to assist with VIP Allocations
- Collaborate with the team to define action plans for each client for daily appointments and assist in pulling, processing items, and billing
- Contribute to the organization and assist with client engagement activities and VIP events to assist in a seamless experience.
- Assist in promoting a client-centric mindset within the team and the organization as a whole.
- Deliver exceptional administrative and operational support to ensure smooth client service operations.
- Maintain compliance with all Dover Street Market standards, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Serve as a dedicated ambassador of the Dover Street Market brand, representing its values and principles with integrity and professionalism.
- Execute invoicing and processing distance sales for VIP's
- Ensuring the very best levels of customer service at all times
- Ensuring that customers are added to the DSM Database
- Keeping up to date with all current fashion trends and advising customers accordingly on stock availability within the store
- Leading by example when it comes to follow-up
- Willingness to work hard and always have the intention to drive the business forward.
- Being able to work on several tasks at a time.
- Being capable of working to deadlines/ability to prioritize/ optimal time management.
Key Requirements: - A highly motivated and competent individual able to converse at all levels both internally and externally with staff and clientele.
- A total self-starter able to set the standard by their own professionalism and attitude.
- Holding and showing the capacity to shadow more senior members of staff when it comes to sales conversion.
- Must be energetic, self-motivated, and self-organized. Willing to do whatever is required to get the job done.
- Structured and organized, but nonetheless be approachable and have a flexible outlook.
Key Skills: - Retail sales and expertise within a luxury business for at least 2 years
- Specific understanding of the Comme des Garçons Fashion House, aesthetic, consumer, and sub-brands.
- Specific understanding of all collections and stock availability at DSM
- Language skills are beneficial
- Knowledge of Retail Pro is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Client-centric and focused on exceptional servicestandards.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and good Excel skills
