VCF Senior Consultant - Hybrid (Contract)
Seattle, WA


Lead the technical execution of a VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) design and deployment initiative. You'll configure, script, and validate complex VCF environments while collaborating across engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure a seamless rollout from lab to production.


Experience / Skills

• Deep hands-on expertise with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 9.0/9.1)
  
  
• Strong scripting experience (PowerCLI, Python) for automation and integration tasks
  
  
• Experience with Cisco and Dell hardware integration (Intersight / OMEVV)
  
  
• Knowledge of ESXi 8.0 , compliance checks, and operations security benchmarks
  
  
• Familiarity with 3rd-party integrations (TMC-SM Automation, NVIDIA AI/ML Stack)
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and validate a 4-node VCF 9.0 lab and support upgrade to VCF 9.1
  
  
• Document build processes and configurations for ESXi 8.0 on Cisco/Dell hardware
  
  
• Automate tasks such as database snapshots, patch dashboards, and compliance checks
  
  
• Define operational standards and assist with production rollout planning
