Required Skills

• 1 year of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician
• Current WV Clinical Lab Tech Licensure and Certification
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced laboratory environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Education and Experience

• Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• 1+ year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting

Other Requirements

• Must be cleared through a registry check within the WV CARES system and a fingerprint-based background check
• Pass a drug and alcohol test
• Availability to work 37.5 hours per week, with a tentative start date of 8/25
