We are looking for US-based, remote, temporary Spanish Bi-Lingual Social Media Community Moderators available to work during the period of July 26, 2024 through August 11, 2024. The Community Moderator role will work to develop strong, growing, digital communities for active live stream events.
We are hiring from the following states for this project: Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
All qualified applicants will be asked to take a Community Moderator assessment to assess your skills in moderation and attention to detail required for this role.
Temporary Community Moderator Qualifications:
Bilingual, Native-level understanding of language (Spanish)
Deep understanding of respective language, pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang
Previous social media community moderation experience required
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands)
Excellent spelling and grammar skills (skills test will be given for final candidates)
Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approach
High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts
Knowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to analyze social media metrics
Project management tools, such as Asana, Basecamp or Trello experience is a plus.
Knowledge of social media management platforms such as Brandwatch, Khoros, and Sprinklr is a plus, but not required.
Youtube LCR, Discord, & Twitch moderation is a plus
Minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X
Internet speed requirement of a minimum of 50 mbps
Personally owned laptop required
