We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead our signature wellness destination — a serene sanctuary where guests experience personalized treatments, holistic wellness, and unmatched service. Position Overview The Luxury Spa Manager will oversee all aspects of spa and wellness operations, ensuring an exceptional guest journey that reflects the resort’s elevated brand standards. This leader will be responsible for team development, revenue performance, guest satisfaction, and creative programing that integrates local influences, sustainability, and modern wellness trends. Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee daily spa operations, including treatments, retail, and guest experience. Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of spa therapists, estheticians, and front-of-house staff. Develop unique spa programming incorporating local ingredients, ocean‑inspired therapies, and Florida Keys culture. Drive revenue growth through innovative service offerings, retail initiatives, and membership programs. Manage budgets, forecasting, payroll, and P&L performance to meet or exceed financial targets. Partner with resort leadership on marketing, events, and guest experience initiatives. Ensure all services comply with resort standards, state health regulations, and licensing requirements. Maintain a welcoming, peaceful, and professional environment for guests and staff alike. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in a luxury resort or destination spa environment . Proven ability to manage and motivate high‑performing service teams. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management. Knowledge of spa software systems. Passion for wellness, sustainability, and authentic guest connection. Exceptional communication and leadership skills; warm and professional demeanor.
