Job Overview Mobile Staff Solutions is looking to hire a Detailer (Designer) for a Structural Steel Company in the Tampa & Lakeland, FL area. Experienced Detailer/Drafter needed for busy welding and steel fabrication company, specializing in miscellaneous metals and structural steel. The role converts contract drawings from the client into shop drawings for shop fabrication. Responsibilities & Qualifications AutoCAD proficiency or comparable drawing software (Steelworks, SolidWorks, Bluebeam, etc.) Structural Steel/Miscellaneous Metals shop design and drawing skills Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints Strong communication skills; motivated and detail‑oriented Minimum 3 years of related experience preferred; pay commensurate with experience and software proficiency Pay will depend on your industry experience and the programs you are comfortable using.
