The Senior RF Engineer will contribute to the design, analysis, and development of high power and high reliability RF components and systems. The Senior RF Engineer will collaborate with other technical experts and peer functions such as Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Test Engineers.


Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related technical field)
• Active TS/SCI w/ full scope polygraph clearance
• 7+ years of overall engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience working in radar design and analysis, and/or test.
• Experience with RF and/or analog circuit layout and packaging
• Experience with antenna design for high power applications
• Experience with EM simulation tools (i.e. HFSS, CST)
• Technical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering (or related technical field).
• Experience with schematic capture tools (i.e. Altium)
• Familiarity with printed circuit board (PCB) fabrication & design, and common electronics assembly processes.
• Developing electronics test requirements, plans and procedures at the system and component level.

**This position is contingent upon the successful completion of security processing and favorable acceptance onto the program by the Customer.**


Clearance Requirement: This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of full scope polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government. Factors considered for a U.S. Government Security Clearance include, but are not limited to:

• Favorable Criminal History Check
• Education Verification
• Abuse/Illegal Drug Use
• Credit Check
• Subject Interview
