Responsibilities:
  • Begin your real estate career with a solid foundation in client outreach, appointment setting, and contract support.
  • While pursuing your South Carolina real estate license, your primary focus will be generating and engaging new clients.
  • Our advanced CRM system helps you stay organized, manage your sales pipeline efficiently, and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.
  • We fully sponsor your real estate education and provide a clear, structured path to transition smoothly into a high-performing sales role.
  • After passing the licensing exam, you’ll enter our accelerated training program designed to develop top-producing agents with six-figure earning potential.
  • Enjoy the flexibility to work with clients on both weekdays and weekends, recognizing that adaptability is key to long-term success in real estate.
  • Throughout your journey, you’ll collaborate closely with Inside Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, and Sales Leaders in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment dedicated to your professional development.
