What the Retail Warehouse Brand Ambassador will be responsible for : We need strong leaders to help our retail operations. You will guide our Brand Ambassadors in our service culture of S.M.I.L.E – Southern Hospitality, Make a Moment, Individuals Matter, Listen & Learn, and Empowerment. This role also collaborates with managers to ensure everything runs smoothly. What the Retail Warehouse Brand Ambassador will be responsible for: Promote our brand and product in a positive and enthusiastic manner Control and maintain accurate merchandise inventory Accurately physically count and tag merchandise Assist Retail Managers and Lead Ambassadors in-store operations Maintain a clean and sterile work environment for the health and safety of team members and guests Other duties as assigned What The Retail Warehouse Brand Ambassador Needs To Have Strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and the ability to multi-task are a must Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and be able to work well within a team Must be punctual and reliable Outstanding and welcoming personality and work ethic Flexible schedule and ability to work late hours, weekends, long nights, and holidays.
