The State of Louisiana is seeking candidates for the position of Registered Nurse at Allen Correctional Center in Kinder, LA. This position will be filled as a probational appointment or promotion of a permanent classified employee of Louisiana State Government (State Employee). The selected employee may be required to serve a trial detail prior to being permanently promoted. This position has a Special Entrance Rate at each level. Registered Nurse 1 has an SER of $29.84 per hour. Registered Nurse 2 has an SER of $31.93 per hour. Registered Nurse 3 has an SER of $34.17 per hour. There is premium pay at a rate of $5.00 per hour for each hour worked, in addition to regular pay.
