Recruiter - Entry Level

We are currently looking to recruit an Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team in Orlando. Ellaway Blues Consulting is a specialist staffing firm providing technical recruitment solutions to clients across the energy value chain, including renewable energy, oil & gas, utilities, and infrastructure. We support businesses with staffing needs across various discipline to include engineering, project management, construction, sales, and finance functions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into recruitment, develop industry knowledge, and grow within a fast-paced and collaborative team. This is a hybrid position, working 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely each week. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants who will support your development as you learn how to source, screen, and place candidates in technical and commercial roles for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and motivations.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and assist with offer management and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our CRM system.
• Support senior consultants with client requirements and talent market mapping.
• Build your knowledge of the energy industry and stay up to date with hiring trends.

This is an entry level position but if you come from a recruitment, sales, customer service, or other people-focused environment this will give you a solid base from which to learn and grow. You will be a confident communicator, comfortable speaking with candidates across a range of professional disciplines, and eager to learn about recruitment in technical industries. A proactive, organized, and resilient mindset will be key to your success.
