Job Description

Tom Wood Volkswagen located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is currently searching for a customer focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, and will help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.


Pay: $15-$18/hour


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm


Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Greet and welcome walk-in customers, determine their needs, and direct them accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and the customer lounge area, including stocking supplies and cleaning as needed.
• Place weekly supply orders to ensure adequate inventory of office supplies and amenities
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills, previous experience in customer facing rolls preferred
• Excellent communication skills are a must
• Professionalism in demeanor, appearance, and communication is essential
• Detail oriented
• Basic proficiency in computers and office software usage is preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
