Are you a strong clinical leader ready to make a meaningful impact in a residential treatment setting? We’re looking for a Clinical Program Manager to oversee daily operations of an adolescent residential program. This is a full-time, permanent role offering stability, growth, and the opportunity to lead a passionate, multidisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical and operational leadership to ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transitions in partnership with clinical leadership.
• Act as the point of escalation for clinical and operational concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and organizational standards.
• Carry a small caseload—providing individual and family therapy and facilitating groups.
• Supervise associate therapists to uphold high-quality care standards.
• Lead daily huddles and weekly meetings to keep the team aligned on program priorities.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
• Ensure documentation and operations meet audit and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in utilization review and shared on-call rotation.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Active CA license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PhD/PsyD).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical supervision experience.
• At least 3 years in a residential or acute behavioral health setting.
• Strong background in trauma-informed care, therapeutic milieu, co-occurring disorders, and treatment planning.
• Proven leadership in program operations, staff coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in an adolescent residential treatment environment.
