Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Perform general production and assembly tasks
- Operate machinery and use hand tools safely
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards
- Package and prepare products for shipment
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements for Production Associate:
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Basic mechanical aptitude to operate machinery and use hand tools safely
- Strong attention to detail to perform quality checks accurately
- Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed
