Overview This position is available at our Southend location. JETSET Pilates Instructors motivate clients through 50-minute, choreographed classes. They guide clients safely and effectively through our modern Pilates workout, provide modifications and form corrections as needed, and offer support and encouragement to clients of varying skill levels. Instructors embody the culture and brand to support a welcoming and engaging community. This is a contracted 1099 position; must carry personal liability insurance and be willing to commit to 4 classes per week at 6-month increments. Shifts may include early morning, evening, and weekend hours as necessary. Responsibilities Embodies a friendly, outgoing, and passionate personality with a love for health, fitness, and the JETSET Pilates workout. Fosters a sense of community in the studio. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Builds relationships inside and outside the JETSET Pilates community. Reliable and professional team player with a positive attitude. Comfortable leading a fast-paced class with music and high energy. Current CPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain. Note: This role is contracted and requires carrying personal liability insurance and a commitment of 4 classes per week at 6-month increments. Qualifications Previous fitness instructor experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as necessary. Strong communication and motivational skills to support clients of varying levels. Commitment to safety and proper form in Pilates exercise.
