H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our upscale plastic surgery center! This position will primarily sit in our South Park location two days a week, Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

A little bit about the position:

The Patient Advisor will play a key role in the Administrative functioning of the business.

What you can expect in the role:

• Answer and respond to a high volume of patient calls
• Provide excellent customer service etiquette
• Schedule appointments and follow up visits for new and existing patients
• Utilize electronic records system to create and update patient information
• Collect basic patient information
• Monitor where and when physicians are scheduled and what procedures they perform
• Assist patients with relevant office location directions as needed
• Call patients and assist with rescheduling needs as they arise
• Take messages for office locations as needed and relay them to the appropriate location or physician

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• Plastic Surgery or Dermatology experience is a plus.
• Nextech (EMR) experience preferred.
• 2 years working in a medical office environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
