Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers an opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist to support students within a K-12 school setting in Madera, CA. The role is contracted for the current school year (CSY), providing specialized therapy services to enhance student participation and improve functional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized occupational therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote a supportive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly
• Provide consultative support to school staff on therapeutic techniques and accommodations
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with applicable regulations and policies

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license and certification
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy practices and school-based interventions
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage caseload independently and prioritize tasks effectively
