Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist/Biller at Sproutlings Speech & Language Center in Orlando, FL. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and utilizing medical terminology and knowledge of medical office procedures to provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families. As a Medical Receptionist and Biller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support and assist with various medical coding, billing, and record-keeping tasks.
