This well-established engineering firm is one of the most exciting design consultancies in Texas. They are a highly prestigious firm specializing in commercial MEP projects. Their employees have always been at the forefront of the business, and they have gained an outstanding reputation for developing and promoting from within. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit a mechanical designer to develop and work within their well-established design team.
This position is office-based. You will be responsible for working on several projects simultaneously, collaborating with the senior engineer, and assisting working on designs. You will receive a structured progression plan from the day you join, outlining your path toward management.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious mechanical engineer to join a rapidly expanding business offering clear progression into a Department Manager role. This position would suit someone with MEP experience who is looking to advance into management.
