Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Health and Wellness Center team. This role focuses on providing comprehensive care and support to individuals, ensuring their overall health and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience beyond traditional nursing home settings and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage medications in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
Monitor and promote overall health and wellness for patients.
Perform routine lab work and assist with diagnostic procedures.
Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Operate within a health and wellness center environment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Skills and Requirements
LPN license in the State of New Mexico
Valid Drivers license
Ability to pass a background check
Experience in diverse health environments (substance abuse, mental health clinics, pediatrics, hospital, emergency room) - Experience working with adolescents and diverse patient populations.
Background in mental health or substance abuse treatment strongly preferred.
Ability to adapt to a range of healthcare settings (not limited to dialysis or nursing homes).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
