Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to generate sales for home, renters, condo’s, auto and other products. You will play a key role in helping individuals protect their assets and achieve financial security through our comprehensive insurance solutions.
Responsibilities:
Must take classes (provided) and pass state test for Property and Casualty Insurance.
Complete our Insurance Company approval process.
Be coachable and learn to present our products as we require.
Continue to train, role play and improve for better sales and closing ratio.
Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including incoming calls, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend suitable products and coverage options.
Educate clients on the features and benefits of different insurance policies, including, auto, home, life and others.
Customize insurance solutions to meet clients' specific needs and budget constraints.
Continue to follow up with clients consistently to achieve a sale.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.

Earn $60,000 to $80,000+ first year.
· Once you pass the three-month mark- 7 paid personal or sicks days total for the remainder of your first year.
After 1 full year of employment- You’ll receive 15 paid personal or sick days.
After 5 years of employment- you’ll receive 20 paid days
After 1 full year of employment- you get your Birthday off.
