Position Responsibilities Become a subject matter expert in a designated product category. Research and identify new products from both domestic and international suppliers. Engage with vendors and attend product trade shows to enhance your understanding of manufacturing processes and market trends. Offer product recommendations based on competitive analysis, customer feedback, and market dynamics. Participate in vendor discussions and lead negotiation sessions as necessary. Assist in the catalog preparation and strategize product placement with the Product Manager. Explore innovative approaches to enhance profitability, product quality, and operational efficiency. Collaborate effectively with the Purchasing, Creative, Quality Control, Compliance, and Pricing teams. Provide guidance and training to Marketing Associates. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 2 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, or Marketing. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and analytical, with a keen eye for detail.
