Overview The Junior Graphic Designer works collaboratively with the Creative Marketing team to create internal and external online brand communications both in physical print, & digital. Qualified candidates will have a developing understanding of graphic design, layout principles, experience with print production, experience pre-flighting documents for print, general typography and typesetting, and have some experience in project management and team-collaboration skills in order to provide creative solutions to cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires the ability to work on a variety of corporate and creative projects that support the Marketing teams efforts. Responsibilities Work with the brand marketing team to develop and design print assets including brochures, flyers, logos, direct mail, one-sheeters and more Understand & follow our core brands Developing VIS ID and overall look and feel to ensure consistent visual tone and brand voice Understand all phases of execution: setting and meeting timelines and milestones, as well as quality assurance and overall success of all design projects Package confirmed assets for print or deployment Assist design team with research, exploration, and ideation Utilize archived work as a frame of reference for new designs and continue to keep all existing collateral top of mind when navigating new and developing branding. Things We Are Looking For Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Word, etc. Developing portfolio/website that demonstrates understanding of print and digital asset design Hands-on experience designing print and digital assets in a freelance or professional capacity Why Join Us?
