Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Bilingual Immigration Paralegal to start in the beginning of JANUARY 2024. Please apply only if you’re okay with the start date. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law and will be responsible for supporting our attorneys in all aspects of immigration case management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
• Maintain and organize case files, documents, and databases
• Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other attorneys to obtain necessary information and updates
• Prepare and update immigration forms, questionnaires, and correspondence
• Attend client meetings and provide exceptional customer service
• Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal in a law firm setting
• Bilingual in Spanish/English or Portuguese/English (Strongly Desired)
• Comprehensive understanding of immigration laws and regulations, with expertise in handling various employment-based immigration matters such as EB-1, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, PERM, O visas and more.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and research skills
• Proficient in using immigration case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience. Compensation package includes medical and dental insurance, paid federal holidays, vacation and sick time.

Location/Hours:
IBP Immigration Law is located at 6000 MetroWest Blvd. Ste 208 Orlando, FL 32835. This is an in-person position only. Monday – Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
