A day in the life:

  • Partner cross-functionally to design and implement strategies that improve team efficiency, productivity, and operational outcomes.
  • Align with organizational stakeholders to support company-wide initiatives focused on culture, values, and safety.
  • Define and track HR performance metrics to support retention, succession, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Leverage data and insights from HR systems to identify trends, assess progress, and recommend areas for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to identify hiring needs and source high-caliber talent.
  • Work alongside hiring teams and recruiting partners to shape job descriptions, manage postings, and support the selection and onboarding process.
  • Oversee the annual performance review and compensation process, including incentive and retention programs for assigned teams.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation aligned with business goals.
  • Design onboarding and training frameworks aligned with job-specific competencies to enhance performance and safety.
  • Develop workforce planning strategies including succession planning, talent pipelines, and leadership development.
  • Lead internal investigations and support resolution strategies, including documentation and coordination with legal or external parties as needed.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • 5+ years of multi-state, multi-site HR leadership including supervisory experience
  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, or related field
  • Attitude of embracing change and process improvement leading with a positive mindset
  • HR certification preferred

Compensation and Benefits: $100-$110K in annual compensation. Benefits include low-cost medical, dental, and vision plans, life and disability, PTO, paid holiday, 401k with employer match, and more!
