Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Helicopter Mechanic with over four years of experience in helicopter maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to interpret and read schematics or technical drawings and have hands-on experience performing inspections and heavy maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on a variety of helicopter models.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
• Interpret and read schematics or technical drawings accurately.
• Perform heavy maintenance tasks as required.
• Utilize personal tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks.

Essential Skills

• 4+ years of helicopter maintenance experience.
• Ability to interpret and read schematics or technical drawings.
• Experience in performing inspections and heavy maintenance.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Ownership of personal tools for maintenance work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• FAA A&P license preferred but not required.
• Experience with any model of civilian helicopters is a plus.
• Familiarity with brands such as Agusta, AgustaWestland, Bell, Eurocopter, Airbus, and Sikorsky.

Work Environment

The position involves working in a small hangar environment alongside A&P mechanics, avionics technicians, sheet metal mechanics, and composites technicians. This is a Part 145 shop focused on ensuring top-notch maintenance and repair services.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensalem, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
