About the Opportunity We are looking for a Global SEO Manager to work closely with local markets, ensuring that global SEO initiatives are effectively implemented while also capturing localized search opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, capable of balancing global and local SEO priorities to maximize organic growth. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams, including products, engineering, and local teams, to identify and prioritize growth opportunities, conduct experiments, and measure results. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in contributing to the overall expansion and development of our global markets, leveraging the local teams' insights and resources. What You'll Be Doing: Local SEO Implementation: Partner with regional teams to adapt global SEO strategies for specific markets, ensuring keywords, cultural, and linguistic relevance. On-Page & Content SEO: Support local teams in implementing keyword research, content optimization, and landing page enhancements to drive organic traffic. Technical SEO Support: Work with developers and product teams to optimize website structure, indexing, and performance across multiple regions. Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the bridge between global SEO leadership and local market teams, providing guidance, training, and support. Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor and analyze SEO performance across regions, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Local Market Research: Stay updated on country-specific search trends, competitor activities, and algorithm changes that impact local SEO. SEO Automation & AI Tools: Leverage SEO tools and AI-driven solutions to scale optimizations efficiently. What We Look For In You: 3-5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in global/multi-market environments. Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced work environment and in a dynamic industry. Strong understanding of local SEO best practices, keyword localization, and international search trends. Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.). Familiarity with technical SEO concepts (structured data, hreflang, page speed, indexing, etc.). Experience working with content and marketing teams to implement SEO strategies. Analytical mindset with proficiency in GA4, Looker, or other BI tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with remote teams across different time zones. Passion for crypto, blockchain, and Web3 is a plus. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. statistics, business, marketing). Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $238,518.00 to $394,449.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
