As an Executive Assistant, you will be part of the executive management support team, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Chicago, IL (downtown)

Pay Range: $35 per hour

What's the Job?

• Support executive management with administrative tasks.
• Make travel and meeting arrangements efficiently.
• Screen calls and compose letters and reports.
• Prepare presentations and financial data with precision.
• Conduct Internet research to assist in decision-making.

What's Needed?

• 0-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
