Job Overview:  

As a Medical Device Sales Representative, you will be a part of a dynamic team, driving new business and delivering exceptional service. You'll work closely with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and establishing new business relationships. Your role involves daily outreach, maintaining records, and contributing to LMS’ competitive edge in the marketplace.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Connect with clients/prospects to learn about their business needs and problems through phone calls (including cold calling), emails, in-person meetings etc.
  • Focus your sales strategies to specifically cater to LMS target clients: staffing industry, treatment houses, physician's offices, and urgent care facilities.

  • Drive sales by effectively meeting customer needs and establishing new business.
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts. 
  • Analyze market trends and dealer volumes to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide product information and submit orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
  • Address customer concerns, offering solutions and feedback to management.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and maintain professional networks.
  • Keep accurate sales records and contribute to team success.
  • A minimum of 50% travel is required for this position. Travel will initially be within State and grow as your responsibilities and sales region grow.

Salary and Compensation  

  • Salary Range: Up to $60,000 base salary commensurate with experience, with an additional uncapped commission of 5-10% on product sales. This is an ideal opportunity for highly motivated and capable sales professional seeking a role where their earnings can significantly exceed their base salary through commission. 
  • Car allowance as per IRS standards at 65.5 cents per mile, paid monthly.

  Qualifications/Skills:

  • Entry level position ideal for individuals with 0-1 year of direct sales experience including internships. 
  • Strong capability to prospect and successfully reach decision makers, with an aptitude for strategic outreach and persuasive communication. 
  • Ability to generate, seek out, and drive new business developing successful business relationships. 
  • Capability to meet and exceed sales goals and a strong ability for effectively closing deals. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
  • Confidence in presenting in front of decision makers and executives, effectively championing products. 
  • Skilled in negotiation, with a persistent and self-confident approach.
  • Understanding of consultative selling with the ability to quickly learn product-based knowledge. 
  • Strong work ethic, motivation for sales, and ability to work independently. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively. 
  • Education in relevant area such as marketing or sales from an accredited university or college an asset. 
  • Must possess a personal laptop and a car for travel requirements.
