Local media and production company seeking a capable and currently licensed UAV Drone Pilot for an independent contractor role in Real Estate Photography. This is primarily a remote job traveling to/from different booking locations around the Boston area while in communication with our main office in Milford, MA.

Earn a competitive per-project rate as a subcontractor if you have your own equipment + mileage while working flexible hours.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with outstanding time-management skills. Must be comfortable working with our clients directly in a professional and courteous manner to achieve their desired vision. Must be punctual, and able to adapt appropriately to a highly variable Monday - Friday schedule.

Experience with interior Real Estate Photography is a plus, and potential for additional work with us!

Requirements:

• Contractor must be able to travel by car up to 150 miles/day.
• Contractor must have own vehicle.
• Contractor must have own drone.
• Contractor must be certified by FAA.
• Contractor must be able to walk the customer’s property which may include varying terrain.
• Contractor must be able to carry up to 25 pounds of equipment.
• Contractor must have a smartphone.
• Contractor must have a clean driving record.
• Background check required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Punctuality is more than expected, it is required. Multiple daily appointments require impeccable time management & communication with the office.
• Must be able to interact with a wide variety of people & situations on a daily basis in an honest & trustworthy manner.
• Responsible for staying up to date with any changes on the company calendar.
• Drone & camera operation. Must be able to problem solve and multitask quickly and efficiently.
• Must be able to unlock restricted zone areas on your own, with your own APP.
• Basic computer skills. Ability to upload unedited photos & video to primary office via Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer.

Desired Skills:

• Positive attitude, high level of professionalism, highly self-motivated & resourceful.
• Knowledge of photo/video file formats.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Eagerness to learn a big plus.
• Ability to work on a team with other creative individuals a necessity.
• Knowledge of Real Estate terminology a plus.
