Core Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership: Establishing and driving a multi‑channel communications strategy for both internal and external audiences. You’ll lead and mentor a diversely skilled communications team to implement your vision. Media & Public Relations: Serving as the company spokesperson, managing media relations, and securing high‑impact media coverage in top‑tier publications. You’ll also be responsible for developing a robust crisis communications plan. Content & Messaging: Overseeing all content creation, from executive speeches and investor messaging to social media posts, press releases, and the annual Corporate Responsibility Report. You’ll ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms. Performance & Analytics: Establishing and tracking KPIs to measure engagement and performance across all communications platforms. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. Extensive experience in a similar corporate communications, PR, or social media director role. Proficiency with communications technologies, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suites, and SharePoint. Impeccable copywriting, editing, and public speaking abilities.
