We seek a motivated and organized individual who is looking for an opportunity in a productive team environment. We are currently adding one full-time position to our team. Hourly pay based on experience, with opportunity for advancement and bonuses for strong individuals.
The position's main responsibilities will be to manage and track client title search orders from inception to completion. Review and extract the field searchers report for vesting information such as mortgages, liens, judgements, etc., to form one cohesive report for the client, and communicate between the client and field searchers via email, phone, and website.
Qualifications:
Good computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal employees and external clients.
Must be detail-oriented.
Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and provide exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
