How Youll Make an Impact
  • Collaborate with real estate and business teams to manage property data.
  • Maintain data quality in systems like Archibus and SharePoint.
  • Analyze lease data and validate key terms and structures.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
  • Support sustainability reporting through data collection and analysis.
  • Conduct system training and troubleshoot issues with internal users.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and analysis decks.
  • Assist with procurement tasks including PO creation and invoice verification.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
  • Bachelors degree in business, data analytics, real estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in real estate or lease administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and data management systems.
  • Familiarity with lease terms, property data, and portfolio structures.
  • Experience with Archibus or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
