Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager. Located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area, the Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. Day-to-day tasks will include managing project timelines, budgeting, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Project Coordination and Project Management skills
• Ability to use all Microsoft Office Applications, including Microsoft Projects
• Construction Project Management and Construction Management experience
• Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on-site in San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP, are a plus
